Receipt of booking is acknowledgement and agreement to our terms and policies. Prices valid until August 2024 and are subject to change. All bookings must be confirmed by payment of 50% deposit per site at time of booking or within 7 days. Bookings are not considered confirmed until 50% is paid. All tariffs are for 2 persons with a charge for any extra adults or children. Check-in for cabins is 2:00pm onwards & for campsites 12pm onwards (Any anticipated arrivals after 7:00pm should notify reception.) If arriving after 6pm, balance must be paid before 6pm. Check-out time is 10:00am for cabins & 11am for campsites. For 1 night stays, full payment is required at time of booking. At peak times, balance is due 30 days before arrival.


Cancellation of booking/s within 21 days of the commencement of the booking will result in forfeiture of any monies paid for each site booked. Cancellation of the booking/s prior to 21 days of the date of the commencement of the booking will result in full refund of the booking deposit less a $25 administration fee for each site booked.

Please keep in mind that we do not refund any monies or apply any credits for late arrivals, any sudden/early departures, or in the event of inclement weather, pandemics, flood or fire.

Park Rules

  • Check out time for cabins is 10am and for camp sites 11am, they must be left clean and tidy.
  • One car per site at all times
  • Electronically powered vehicles (eg scooters, skateboards, go-carts +other unregistered / unroadworthy vehicles) are NOT to be used within the park grounds
  • Dogs must be kept on a reasonable length lead and controlled AT ALL times.
  • Dog poop must be collected and bagged and placed in a bin.
  • NO pets allowed in / around cabins
  • Excessive noise, drunkenness and bad language will not be tolerated and will result in immediate eviction!
  • Fire restriction notices and fire pit rules must be observed at all times.
  • Permission for all fires must be given by management
  • CAMP FIRES must be contained within an approved fire pit 500mm off the ground and contain all ash.
  • Fire pits are available for hire from the office
  • Bag up cold ash and put in bins and DO NOT dump ash into vegetation.
  • 3 minute showers please; the park is a bore water park and being in a coastal area water is a limited resource.
  • Music is to be contained within your site then all music to be turned off by 10 pm.
  • Day visitors or overnight VISITORS are to first register in the office BEFORE entering the caravan park grounds.
  • Rubbish must be bagged and placed in the nearest bin.
  • Loud or soft, we DO NOT allow generators on the park.
